Video 03: Write Your Sales Copy

  • Write Your Sales Copy:  Once you have your hook and your 3 things, the sales copy almost writes itself.  For your webinar, your hook is essentially the title of and headline for your webinar.  The 3 things can be a continuation of your hook and will serve as the basis of your bullets.
  • Your copy will consist of five parts—the Headline, Sub-Headline, the Body, Bullets, and CTA.
  • Your Headline should be your best benefit to your target audience and also should specifically call out your target audience so they take notice.
  • The point of the headline is not to sell the product, but to get prospects to click for more info.
  • The Body should elaborate on the Headline and give your prospect just enough info to want to register to learn more.  Again, do NOT try to sell the product here—just pique curiosity.

                                                Now that you have your hook, your three things, it's time to put this into sales copy form. And really this isn't as daunting as it might sound and you don't need to necessarily hire a copywriter for this part because if you get your hook and your three things right, everything else is easier, okay? And you really don't need a lot of sales copy of my, my sales copy, my webinar registration, landing pages are formulaic. They're exactly the same thing every single time. It's a, it's a system, it's a process and it makes it super easy for busting out a new webinar funnel and a registration page. And so we've got her hook again are three things and now we're just going to elaborate a little bit, add some sales copy, uh, to further elaborate. Now we don't want to try to sell the product here.

                                                We want to sell the click. We've already got them to this page. We already have them reading the email. Now we want them to click the link or click the button to register. Okay? That's all you want to do. This shouldn't naturally move them along this process. The hook gets their attention. The three things speaks to the, you know, the pain points or objections they might have and your sales copy. All it should do is further move them along this path in order to click the button to register or click the link in the email to actually register that way. Okay, so let's take a look at those examples that we used and you could see that they're fairly formulaic. Uh, so we have in this one the the hook, but there's no three things sub-headline, and that's fine because I think this stood alone on its own just fine.

                                                But you can see before this little section here, join me, whoever the host is, this blank at blank o'clock for a brand new live masterclass or a brand new live webinar event where you will discover this. Or uh, we'll learn this. I always put this section because it's a very nice transition between the, the headline, the sub headline, and a little bit of sales copy. Here you can see we have just four lines and they're very short. Did you know this stone? In fact, the crown consist of this many words, but only 10% of them appeared 25% of the time. Give me 38 minutes and I'll teach them to you. Now, this was something that I thought, um, that I see a lot did digital marketer uses this. Uh, it's, it's something that's creates intrigue. So digital marketer in their sales copy, a lot of times they'll say, um, you know how to determine your LM, oops, excuse me, the L M N O P, uh, of sales copy.

                                                And you're like, what the hell is that? Or they'll use some type of equation where, you know, LP plus CD equals dollar signs, E Q, and you're like, what in God's name is that? I have to know. It kind of opens a loop where you have to close it because clearly they know something. There's some type of formula that this speaks to that improves results. So you have to know what it is that these two things are to equal this. Um, and so that little bit of intrigue, um, is compelling and it makes and increases the desire. And again, that's all it to do. So we only have a few lines this join me. And then once you're on this webinar, this is what you'll learn. And when you did the three things, they, they should be right in here. Okay, let's go to this page here.

                                                How to double your sales. And Shopify, I'm in. My three things are here in this, um, even you know what to sell, who to target without spending a fortune on Facebook ads. So the three things that we were trying to overcome was, I don't know what to sell. I don't know who to target and I don't want to lose my ass and Facebook ads. So if you look here, uh, your conversions on Shopify suck, right? Let's just be blunt about it because why do they want to double their sales? Cause they're not getting enough conversions and it's not their fault and it's totally fixable. So couple lines and then again, this transition. Um, pair little phrase here. Once you're on this webinar, you will discover, um, the three things.

                                                You'll recognize these, it's hard to find profitable products. Not only is it easy, it's super fast when you know where to look. Um, targeting is hard. Uh, but you're not properly seasoning your pixel. Ooh, what is that? If you haven't heard of this concept or you don't know what this is, it creates intrigue. What does that mean seasoning your pixel? That's, that's why I'm not having any success. I haven't seasoned my pixel. Right? That's sexy. And it creates intrigue and it creates desire. And so when you can add those things and sprinkle them into your registration page, it's going to increase the desire. Again, the end result is to get them to register. And in Facebook ads are complicated, expensive. It's actually the easiest part. You're just lack of system. So it insinuates a benefit that I'm going to teach them on the webinar, which is I'm going to show you a system so that you're not losing your ass in Facebook ads. Okay? That's really it. There's nothing to this. And you don't have to over overthink it. Um, this should all flow naturally. And again, the main point of our sales copy on this page is to get people to register.
